What we collect

When you browse or order, AVENQIA may collect contact and delivery details, order information, support messages, device and browser data, and interactions with the site. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; AVENQIA does not receive your full card number.

How we use information

We use information to operate checkout, fulfill and track orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, improve the store, and—with your permission—measure advertising performance.

Service providers

We share only the information needed for services to work. Current providers include Stripe for payment processing, CJdropshipping and shipping carriers for fulfillment and delivery, our website host for site operation, and Meta when analytics consent is granted. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and analytics choices

Separately from optional browser analytics, our server counts successful public page requests and successfully created Stripe checkout sessions in hourly aggregates. These counts do not use browser storage or visitor identifiers and are not sent to Meta. Only approved public paths, event categories, broad traffic classifications, hours and counts are retained, for up to 90 days. IP addresses, full user-agent strings, query strings and referring URLs are not retained in these counts. Request headers are used transiently to distinguish likely bots and owner browsing. Requests are not unique visitors. Order and payment records are processed independently to operate the shop.

Essential browser storage supports core site functions. AVENQIA first-party analytics does not collect visits before analytics permission. Meta Pixel does not load until you select “Allow analytics.” Choose “Privacy choices” in the footer at any time to revisit that setting. Browser or platform controls may provide additional choices.

With permission, first-party analytics uses random browser and session identifiers to measure page and product views, cart additions, checkout attempts, and verified payments associated with a consented session. We retain public paths without query strings, referring hostnames, campaign labels, Meta click-identifier presence only, broad device/browser classes, and approximate country/region when supplied by our host. We do not use fingerprinting, cross-site tracking, or checkout form contents for analytics.

The browser identifier expires after 180 days; sessions renew after 30 minutes of inactivity. Essential only stops future browser events and removes these identifiers. Events and sessions are retained for up to 90 days; anonymous first-visit records expire after 180 days once retained sessions are gone; excluded traffic counts without visitor identifiers are retained for up to 365 days. Cleanup runs when analytics is used. Temporary hashed request counters prevent abuse; raw IPs and full user-agent strings are not saved in analytics. A signed essential cookie excludes owner browsing.

A checkout opened with analytics permission may contain a random session reference to correlate a later verified payment. Withdrawal stops future browser events but does not retroactively remove collected events or references in a payment session already created. Analytics failures do not affect ordering.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including tax, accounting, dispute, and fraud-prevention requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and records we must keep. You may also withdraw analytics consent through the site. Email requests to avenqia.support@gmail.com.
