AVENQIA currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is free.

When to expect your order

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. After dispatch, estimated transit is 5–11 business days. Most orders therefore arrive within 6–14 business days after purchase.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and remote destinations may extend this estimate.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout once the fulfillment partner dispatches your order. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement.

Contact us immediately if the shipping address is wrong. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins, and customers are responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

Missing or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check nearby delivery areas and contact the carrier first. Then email avenqia.support@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.
