Using this store
These terms apply when you visit AVENQIA or place an order. By using the store, you agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and not interfere with its security or operation.
Products and orders
We aim to describe products, colors, dimensions, and availability accurately. Screens and photography may display colors differently. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability, delivery limitations, or misuse, and will refund any captured payment when appropriate.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any optional shipping charges appear at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted only after payment authorization and order confirmation.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The current Shipping and Returns & refunds pages form part of these terms and explain eligibility, timing, and costs.
Safe product use
Follow the included instructions and keep electrical components away from unintended water exposure. Stop using a damaged device. The brush cleaner is a cosmetic maintenance tool, not a medical device, and it is not represented as sterilizing or disinfecting brushes.
Intellectual property
The AVENQIA name, branding, site design, copy, and original media may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, AVENQIA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or product misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
