Which brush sizes work?
Brush handles and construction vary. Use only brushes that fit the holder without force and follow the included instructions. Very wide or unusually shaped handles may need manual cleaning.
Can it clean multiple brushes?
Yes. The removable holder is designed to position several compatible brushes during one contained routine.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes. The supplier specifies USB charging and 5V power.
What cleaning liquid should I use?
Use a cleanser intended for makeup brushes. Follow the cleanser maker’s directions and the care instructions for each brush.
Does it replace hand washing completely?
Not always. Heavy buildup, unusual brush shapes, or delicate brushes may require another cycle or additional manual attention.
What comes in the box?
Electric cleaner, charging cable and instructions. Makeup brushes and cleanser are not included.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and an estimated 5–11 business days in transit within the United States.
What is the return policy?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unused items in original packaging may be eligible. Used beauty tools cannot be returned for a change of mind for hygiene reasons.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed after the fulfillment partner dispatches the order. It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier to show movement.
